This is a 90s USA-made Patagonia fleece vest in black. The size is XL. The manufacturing date tag is faded, but I believe it's from the 90s. The front zip and pocket zips are YKK USA-made and open and close smoothly. Overall, there are no stains or damage, and the condition is good.
