A valuable set of two Japanese honeybee honeys (pure wildflower honey, unheated) harvested at home, totaling 390g (260g jar and 130g jar). On August 9, 2024, I noticed that the Japanese honeybees I kept for my hobby of beekeeping had absconded. Fortunately, it hadn't been long since they left, and the inside of the hive was in fresh condition. I started harvesting honey immediately and bottled it on August 11. The sugar content was 79.6-80.6 degrees. In the photo of the first honeycomb, white crystals can be seen. Depending on the location of the honeycomb, it shows that there were honey cells with high sugar content. The expiration date is set for 2 years (July 2026, as stated on the label).
