This is a navy gingham check shirt purchased from Azabu Tailor. The buttons are a deep navy color, matching the shirt. Actual measurements are: shoulder width 43.6 cm, chest width (underarm to underarm) 51 cm, length 76.3 cm, neck circumference 41 cm. It has been worn very little and is in excellent condition.
