The thin sheet inside the storage bag with instructions has wrinkles. It was opened once at the time of purchase, and I opened it again for this listing. The illustration in the instructions shows that if it doesn't inflate fully on its own, you should blow air into it with your mouth, but you can rest assured that I have never done this. I only tested it to see if it would inflate naturally. It is listed for 11,900 yen on Decathlon's website and their official Rakuten store.
