I've been using this at home for about a year. The accessories are only those shown in the second image. The color is blue, and the included eartips are black (S, M, L), while the gray and white ones only come in S and L, with no M size. Only the black M eartips have been used; the others are unused. I didn't see any scratches on the main unit as far as I could tell. The packaging has minor scratches that are noticeable upon close inspection. Thank you for looking.
