This is a model that combines a half-ramp with an extended finger rest. Honestly, I think the type of rest shown in the second image is overwhelmingly easier to use, but we also made this type at the customer's request. The rest part has an L-shape with a triangular cross-section, and it is designed so that it won't break even if you press your thumb firmly against it, and the feel when your fingertip hits it after plucking the 4th string is also comfortable. The thickness of the ramp will be adjusted simply according to the string height of the customer's existing instrument. The basic shape will be selected from several existing molds, such as asymmetrical arch, flat top, or symmetrical shape, or automatically chosen.
