This is a popular flower-shaped plate by Masuzo Kato. I purchased it about 10 years ago and used it only once. I've kept it stored away since then, but there are some minor scratches. *The small white specks on the surface of the plate are due to the underlying clay (there are individual differences). They will gradually become less noticeable with use.
