King Punya from the MONSTER GATE trading card game. This is a vintage card I obtained when I was a child. After obtaining it, I put it in a sleeve and stored it in a clear file in a dark place. It's a rare item that's hardly available on the market. I loved it because it shines with a rainbow color depending on the angle and is sparkly and cute, but I didn't know the rules of how to play, so it's in relatively good condition because I haven't used it much.
