This is a Chinese brand called Tommup. The fabric feels thick and sturdy. I haven't seen any fraying or other issues even after wearing them a few times. I think these are great for playing basketball, and also for off-court use. The sole material is made of anti-pilling cotton yarn and non-slip yarn, and the sock tube part uses high-elastic rubber bands and spandex material.
