It's in good condition, having been worn only twice. Looking at sites like Rakuten, it seems there's a removable ribbon decoration, but this is a skirt-only listing. The waist has adjustable elastic, allowing you to tighten the waist by pulling it. I think it would also fit children who wear sizes 120 or 130, as choosing a size up would give extra room in both the length and waist. I will fold it up small and seal it in packaging. Thank you.
