Manufacturer: Shirokuma Co., Ltd. These are zinc-made parts for attaching handrails. They are the through-type, and I believe they can securely attach bar handrails. They are for 35mm diameter handrails. Each one comes with screws for wooden handrails. The inner bags have not been opened. They are new and have been stored for many years. I don't see any scratches, but as they have been in someone's possession, please refrain from returns.
