It's clean as I haven't used it much, but there are some minor, unnoticeable scratches, so I would appreciate it if you could judge from the photos. If you attach your effects pedals with zip ties here, you won't need Velcro. It's very convenient for transporting instruments and fragile items. The size is approximately 50 x 30 x 12.
