I bought this last month and used it on my 3-year-old, and they stopped sucking their fingers after just one use! I apply it to clean nails after bath time. I've only applied it once, so the amount remaining is almost unchanged. Once applied and dry, it doesn't easily come off even when washing hands. (It seems to come off with an alcohol wipe.)
