This is the Montbell Permafrost Light Down Parka. I purchased it three years ago at a Montbell store. I used it for casual wear, not for outdoor activities. There are a few feathers that stick out, but there are no major tears or stains, and I think it's still in good condition. Also, it has been cleaned, so you can use it immediately upon arrival. A stuff sack for the down jacket is also included.
