Power turns on, but it doesn't move. The foot pedal has poor contact and is reinforced with tape. It stopped working about 5 years ago and has been stored in a warehouse. My mother used it for about 40 years before it stopped working, so there are scratches, stains, and discoloration. The case also has cracks (see photos).
