This is a poncho from Montbell. It can be worn while carrying a backpack. The buttons on the hem can be fastened to prevent flapping. I have only used it once since purchasing it. There are some fold marks from storage, but no tears or noticeable stains. The stuff sack has some minor storage dirt. It's difficult to tell in the photos, but the color is a yellowish-translucent white.
