This is a chirimen (crepe) craft hanging decoration. A handmade hanging stand is also included. It's a small size that can be displayed on a tabletop for the Doll Festival (Hina Matsuri) or Children's Day. Five flowers and a paper lantern are carefully made one by one with cherry blossom-colored chirimen.
