Includes a rechargeable adapter, so it works without batteries. A full charge of about 8 hours provides approximately 10 hours of use. Can also be used as an AC adapter. Includes instruction manual. The body has some discoloration from sun exposure. The battery compartment had some battery leakage, which has been removed and cleaned, but some residue may remain.
