The outer fabric features a finely woven kasuri pattern (絣) made of Oshima Tsumugi silk (大島紬), in a deep brown tone achieved through iron mordant dyeing (鉄媒染). From a distance it appears calm and minimal, but up close the intricate weaving reveals refined craftsmanship. Inside, a dramatic double tiger artwork (虎図・羽裏) spreads across the lining.
