Thank you for viewing. This is a special 8-car set of the 165 series "Sayonara Express Tokai." It appears to replicate the actual K3 formation, likely the final formation of the Express Tokai. The leading cars, Kuha, have large headlights and sealed beam headlights, one of each. The Moha 164 cars have one standard roof with a small pantograph and one low roof with a large pantograph. Perhaps these were cars used on routes with low tunnels. There are two Salo cars. They have the green stripe. The running performance and lights have been tested and are working correctly. Interior lights are not installed. It comes in a book case and includes attachments. I've never ridden the Express Tokai, but I remember taking a 165 series ordinary train green car from Ogaki to Tokyo on my way back from a trip to Kansai. The green car was spacious even when the ordinary cars were crowded. How about adding this to your collection of memories?
