This is a thin denim fabric with a palm tree pattern. I think it's the right thickness for making summer dresses, skirts, shorts, and other clothing items. The blend ratio is unknown, but it's probably mostly cotton with a small percentage (a few percent) of polyester. It has a smooth, soft feel, making it perfect for children's items.
