I am listing this item as junk because I sometimes can't hear the sound from the left earbud. The right earbud seems to be working fine. Charging was also possible. Cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. I couldn't find any scratches, at least to my eye. There are tears on the box where tape was removed (see photo).
