I purchased it at Tomorrowland several years ago. I checked the website and believe this model is no longer sold. I found a photo of it being worn on Mercari. I think this is it. The included accessories are a small cylindrical catch and the box only. I looked for the original jewelry bag, but couldn't find it, so I will put it in a different jewelry bag and send it in the box. I have used and stored it with care. There may be some slight distortion or a slight angle difference. Please understand this before purchasing. I may cancel the sale to those with no transaction history or negative feedback. Thank you for your understanding. I think there are a few distortions and scratches, but it is relatively clean. My piercing hole is also stable, so I don't see any discoloration. I didn't wear it every day, just occasionally. I've never used the catch because I was afraid of dropping it when putting it on. I take it off before showering, so I haven't slept with it on. I have disinfected it.
