The transparent lid is great for checking the rice's moisture level and allowing you to stir or adjust the cooking process as needed. The lid was also useful as a small frying pan for making things like fried eggs. The lid is made of tempered glass, but please handle it at your own risk. Please check the condition in the images. It has been used several times, but it is still usable. A used rice paddle will be included as a bonus.
