I purchased it last year and have only used it twice in a year, so I think the condition is very good. The pegs are unused, and the tent is dried and stored after each use. There are some minor stains and scratches from use, but these are inevitable with even a single use. I have assembled it before listing to check its condition. I have stored it to prevent sand and grass from getting in as much as possible, but please understand that some may still be present.
