Thank you for viewing. This is a GOTOH bridge compatible with Fender vintage (5-hole fixed type) bridges. I used it on a Fender Custom Shop Precision Bass, and it was a direct fit. The product itself has holes for fixing on the neck side, allowing for a total of 7 holes for a solid hold. I only used the 5 holes on the tailpiece side, but I had no problems. I think it has a sound characteristic of steel saddles, unlike typical brass saddles. Also, I feel it's very well-designed, with features like different lengths for the octave adjustment screws on the 1st/2nd strings and the 3rd/4th strings. - For 4-string bass - String spacing: 19mm - Plate: Zinc alloy - Saddle: Steel
