This is a 9-inch (3-4 person) earthenware pot from Koyo Toki (Gifu Prefecture) that is compatible with direct fire and IH cooktops. When using with IH, you use the IH plate and the ceramic plate together. I purchased it online 2-3 years ago and used it twice on an IH cooktop before storing it.
