According to the manufacturer, it perfectly blends mellowness and rich colors, and the high register is particularly easy to play. Also, the B40 Lyre is said to feel lighter to play than the B40 normal and B40 profile. There are some ligature marks, but the logo mark is mostly intact, and I think it hasn't been used very much.
