There is a slight discoloration on the left side of the head, near the top of the ear, as viewed from the front. There is a small scratch above the left eyebrow on the forehead, visible when held up to the light. Neither are very noticeable, and I think they would be almost invisible with a wig on. During inspection, I didn't find any other scratches or damage, but since this doll was purchased several years ago, there may be some age-related deterioration.
