This is a Ten no Koe Bank (voice bank) data save card for the PC Engine. Since I don't have a console to test it on, both cards are untested. Both cases are damaged. I think the cards themselves look to be in good condition, with no noticeable scratches or dirt. This is being sold to clear out some items, so it's a set of two cards. Please note that I will not sell them separately. These are old items, so please consider purchasing them as used goods.
