Moreover, it's a high-quality wooden plate made from a single, old tree cut horizontally, with no joints. The finish is smooth, and it makes food look great! I don't know if they still do, but they used to manufacture and sell these. The origins of Bikkuri Donkey are from "Hamburg Bell" in Morioka City. Initially, these were made as a special order for Bell. I don't use it at home anymore, but I used it several times in the past. There aren't many scratches or scuffs on the part where the food is placed, but it has some scratches from being stored and moved in the cupboard.
