The strap length is adjustable. It was used twice for short periods during my child's trial enrollment and has been stored at home since then. There is a name space on the back, and the paper that was there for writing the name has been removed as it was used. There are no noticeable stains, but there may be minor scratches, so please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item. It will be shipped as compactly as possible.
