This is a Roen sequin hat. It was worn by Hyde of L'Arc〜en〜Ciel. It features a belt with a large number of sequins, and has an elegant design that shines vividly depending on how the light hits it. A skull concho is also attached. The silhouette is simple, making it a versatile hat. There are no tags, so I've listed it as "Like New," but it is a completely unused, beautiful item.
