I purchased this from an authorized Rakuten store last year and used it for my child from about 3 to 7 months old. The cover has some minor pilling on the inside, but otherwise, I don't see any tears or stains. My child didn't spit up, so I think the cushion and adjustment pillow are clean. I used it to prevent rolling over and sleeping on their stomach. When I put my child on this cushion after they fell asleep, it didn't trigger their startle reflex as much. Please understand that this is a used item and make your purchase based on the photos (please check photos 14 and 15). The cover has been washed. I will pack it small or compress it for shipping.
