It is currently working properly as of September 2025. The official website stated it was Italian leather, but the product I received had Swedish leather attached. I contacted the manufacturer and received the following response: "The correct strap for SVST102-SS111512 is all Italian leather, so it is believed that Swedish leather was mixed in during the product development process for some reason. We sincerely apologize, but we will ship the correct strap today, so we would appreciate it if you could replace it yourself using the replacement method on the following page and the tool in the box. Please use the Swedish leather strap if you have the opportunity." Therefore, both Italian and Swedish leather straps are included. The Swedish leather strap is unused. There is a slight crease on the corner of the outer box. The watch itself is in beautiful condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to minor imperfections due to personal storage. There are no smokers or pets.
