Worn about 5 times. They light up when you walk, which is very cute. The ankle area is narrow, so although the size is 16.5, a foot size of around 15-16 would be a good fit. I will clean them as much as possible before shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as this is a used item.
