The tag is cut, but it's likely a vintage piece made in the US. The rose embroidery on the chest is vivid and quite cool. I bought it at a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa a long time ago. The snap button at the very bottom has been repaired, and the receiver is different, causing the fabric to bunch up and wrinkle. However, it's not visible if you tuck the shirt in or button it up.
