They are new and unused, and I don't see any noticeable dirt or damage on the clear sheets or clear files, but the outer bags have some dirt, folds, and wrinkles. Only the Jonan Yobiko file is not in its outer bag, so it has some dirt, scratches, and scuffs. These have been stored at home for over 10-20 years, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to age-related deterioration or are looking for perfection.
