This is a MK3 Cold Weather Jacket from the RAF (Royal Air Force). It's a representative piece of military wear from the British Army, adopted for a long period from the 1960s to around 2010. The material used is a densely woven cotton gabardine. It's a fabric with a glossy and very good texture, and functionally, it's a waterproof and windproof material similar to Ventile.
