These snap hooks are suitable for dogs weighing 37kg or less. We use hardware for large dogs and make the leash with thick 2.5cm wide tape, but as it is a handmade item, please refrain from using it for extra-large dog breeds, dogs with a tendency to pull, or dogs that chew on their leashes. Leashes can be surprisingly prone to damage. Before use, always check for any damage. If there is any damage, do not use the leash and replace it with a new one.
