Thank you for viewing. This is a Tokyo Disney Resort exclusive, unused Minnie Mouse culotte skirt, size 120cm. It's fluffy and has a lot of volume, making it very cute. There's some elastic around the thighs. Since it's official Disney merchandise, the fabric is sturdy. I only had my daughter try it on once at home, but she hasn't worn it since and has outgrown it.
