This is a plastic flute. There are no noticeable scratches on the body, but the gold color of the YAMAHA logo has rubbed off about halfway. There is no fingering chart. A cleaning rod and joint grease are included. Even with the keys, it's difficult for my right hand, so I'm selling it.
