They have no cushioning like ordinary cushions; the thickness is less than 1 cm. The above 3 items as a set (no individual sales). I purchased these directly from my teacher when I was young and training as a Qigong practitioner in Panyu, Guangzhou, China. These items are not available for purchase anywhere else.
