This is a toy released by TOMY in the 1990s. It seems that secret spells are recorded in the voice of supervisor Mr. Mark Yazaki, and you can record and play back your own voice, the voice of someone you like, or spells. It was unopened, but I have opened it to confirm its operation. It is a Showa retro product, but I think both the box and the product inside are in good condition.
