The 13th installment is a set of the Sightseeing Express "Umineko" heading to the tourist attraction Shiratori Coast, which was extended from the Port Line, and a set of Kiha 185 and a covered freight car, which are the same type of car as the direct express "Yamaneko". The "Nekoyasen Sightseeing Express "Umineko" Deha 56/Kuha 6 (Old Paint) 2-car set" is the first set of electric cars and control cars with decks on the Nekoyasen. The "Nekoyasen Kiha 185 (New Paint) / Hova 7 2-car set" is a set of a diesel car and a covered freight car. The Tomii Electric Railway Nekoyasen is a model assuming that the actual one is a non-electrified narrow gauge with a 762mm gauge, and it is a 1/80 scale, 9mm gauge model. The power unit is the Railroad Collection power unit TM-07R, which is compatible with Deha 56 and Kiha 185, and the running parts for trailer conversion are TT-03R, which is compatible with Kuha 6 and Hova 7. Both sets come with dummy couplers for replacing the connecting surfaces.
