This is a kiseru (Japanese pipe) stand made of paulownia wood. Since it's made of paulownia, it doesn't have a very heavy feel. It has been coated with persimmon tannin four times. Please note that the kiseru in the photo is for photography purposes and is not included with the product. The size that can be used stably is up to 12cm to 30cm in length and 10mm in diameter. (12mm is usable, but it will be a tight fit.) Using pipes longer than 30cm is possible, but it will be out of the standard. Multi-purpose use It can be used not only for kiseru but also as a design cutter or pen stand. Notes About the material Made of paulownia wood, it is not very durable, so please handle it with care. Avoid using it in humid places as it is vulnerable to moisture and water. Customizable It is already coated with persimmon tannin, but it has almost no water resistance. You can customize it with your favorite paint. Aging of persimmon tannin The color deepens over time, and the natural texture increases. About the shape Paulownia wood is lightweight and easy to handle, and it exhibits sufficient strength in normal use. However, please understand that there is a risk of damage if excessive force is applied, as paulownia wood is not very strong. When assembling the base, assemble it so that all the sides with markings are on the left side when viewed from the front. 【About assembly】 The support posts have a pencil mark on the bottom side. It can be used as is, but the fit is basically loose, so it is recommended to glue it with adhesive.
