This is a ligature for alto saxophone, made of stainless steel. It's similar to a Rovner ligature. It can be used without issue on a wide range of ebonite mouthpieces, from Selmer to Meyer. It looks very cool. The sound is also not bad. I looked it up, and it seems to be a brand called PNUOKN, made in China. Thank you for your consideration.
