Purchased around 2019. As shown in the photos, it comes with a storage bag. I think the photos from the 5th one onwards best show the condition of the item (there are no tears). The tag has my last name written on it in permanent marker, so I've covered that part in the photos. Also, it's been stored away after being washed, so as you can see, there are wrinkles.
