I bought this at a vintage shop in Tokyo for around 15,000 yen. It's from the men's section, but it's slim-fitting, so it's perfect for a woman who wears a size M. Of course, it would also fit a slim man! The unique color and design, typical of vintage items, are wonderful, and it's in good condition. It also comes with spare buttons.
