This is an old, plain indigo-dyed cotton cloth. It's a very old item. It's cloth that has been unpicked from kimono and work clothes. It's roughly equivalent to about 10 garments, but one piece isn't completely intact. The amount is approximate. The body sections are the width of the bolt, and the sleeve facing and collar sections are half width. Some of the cloth has stains and damage. It's all fabric with a nice, old-fashioned feel. There are also scraps with sashiko stitching. Small tears can also be used for repair. The material is all cotton. This is a great deal on a collection of indigo-dyed old cloth.
